Exposed Fastening Roof Panels
PROVEN PERFORMANCE MEETS DESIGN VERSATILITY
Apollo’s exposed fastening panels have stood the test of time and are the industry’s go-to category for metal buildings. With a long history of reliability and performance, these panels still offer the design flexibility expected in modern designs.
PBR (Purlin Bearing Rib)
The PBR panel's deep ribs create an even-shadowed appearance. The area between the major ribs is reinforced with minor ribs. PBR is one of the most economical panels systems and can be used for both roof and wall applications. A versatile panel, it can also serve as an alternate wall panel by putting the paint finish on the underside. The panel configuration enhance diaphragm capabilities for purlin stability. When used with long-life fasteners this panel has a 25 year warranty. Light Transmitting panels are available.

Standing Seam Roof Panels
Apollo offers two types of standing seam metal roofs: vertical leg structural and trapezoidal structural. These solutions are independently tested for water penetration, uplift ratings and structural performance to meet local code requirements. All trim is both weathertight and aesthetically pleasing, giving the roof a clean, finished appearance.
Double-Lok
Double-Lok is a standing seam roof system that attaches to sub-framing using a variety of concealed, interlocking clips that provide for minimum panel penetrations. Double-Lok panels can be used on new construction as well as retrofit on existing structures. With fewer exposed fasteners (by 80%) than traditional side lap panels, this panel design provides a high degree of weathertightness. Panel penetration is eliminated over the entire building envelope other than at the end laps and panel ends which are connected by a compression joint. The panels are factory notched at both ends with pre-punched holes, and the end laps feature a 16-gauge backup plate with pre-punched holes.
Specifications:
Applications: Roof
Coverage Widths: 18" / 24"
Minimum Slope: 1/4:12
Panel Attachment: Concealed Fastening System; Low, High and 2″ Stand-Off Sliding Clips
Gauges: 24 (Standard), 22 (optional)
Finishes: Smooth (Standard)
Coatings: Galvalume Plus, Sig 200, & Sig 300
Ratings: Tested by independent laboratories in accordance with ASTM E283 and E331 (for air infiltration, water penetration, and wind uplift). UL 90 and FM rated.
Ultra-Dek
Ultra-Dek is a metal standing seam roofing product attached by using a variety of concealed, interlocking clips that provide for minimum panel penetrations. This panel offers a snap-together sidelap seam and saves the rental cost of a mechanical electric seamer. This panel is recommended for use in non-snow regions. This panel can be used on new construction as well as retrofit on existing structures. Ultra-Dek is designed to provide a high degree of weathertightness and has been tested by independent laboratories in accordance with ASTM E283 and E331 (for air infiltration and water penetration). This panel is designed to allow for the roof to be finished in the “high” when an out-of-square condition or other factors cause the roof to terminate up to 4” out of module.
Specifications:
Applications: Roof
Coverage Widths: 18" / 24"
Minimum Slope: 1/4:12
Panel Attachment: Concealed Fastening System; Low, High, Fix and Sliding

Coatings: Galvalume Plus, Sig 200, & Sig 300
Ratings: Qualifies for use in several UL design assemblies and carries a UL “Class A” fire rating.
Superlok
The SuperLok standing seam roof system blends the aesthetics of an architectural panel with the strength of a structural panel. This panel has earned uplift ratings that are the highest in the industry for standing seam roofs, assuring reliable performance. Clips hold the panels firmly in place without unsightly exposed fasteners, and offers the ability to accommodate thermal movement.

LokSeam
LokSeam is a snap-together standing seam roof system with a 1¾” tall vertical rib for use on roofs with a minimum slope of 3:12. LokSeam panels can be installed over open framing or a solid substructure and are capable of transitioning from roof to fascia with the use of a rib cover. LokSeam does not require a solid substructure for support and requires 80% less exposed fasteners than traditional side lap panels. As a standing seam metal roof panel, LokSeam increases weathertightness and improves the appearance, creating a trimless eave while minimizing air infiltration and water penetration, enhancing acceptability among specifiers.

BattenLok HS Panel
An attractive feature of the BattenLok HS panel is the vertical leg side lap seam that is mechanically seamed with an electric seamer for a weathertight finish. This panel features concealed clips and easy to handle 16″ or 12″ wide panels custom cut to the desired length. BattenLok HS can be installed directly over purlins or bar joists and does not require a solid substructure for support. This standing seam metal roof system has several different UL 90 construction numbers. Heavier gauges, striations, embossing and installation over a solid deck minimize oil canning.
